Gigi Beauty Bar is seeking a skilled and wellness-focused Manicurist & Pedicurist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about clean beauty, detail-oriented service, and modern nail care techniques. You’ll deliver exceptional manicures and pedicures using non-toxic products, including builder gels, while maintaining a serene and sanitary environment. From minimalist nail art to restorative treatments, you’ll help our clients look and feel their best—naturally.

What You Will Do

1. Client Services
   • Provide professional, non-toxic manicures and pedicures with a focus on nail health.
   • Perform builder gel overlays, gel polish application, cuticle care, and gentle exfoliation.
   • Tailor each service to the client’s preferences and nail condition, offering a personalized experience.
   • Ensure consistent hygiene and sanitation before, during, and after each appointment.

   Nail Health & Clean Beauty

   • Use only Gigi-approved clean beauty products (e.g., toxin-free gels, acetone-free removers).
   • Educate clients on nail health, aftercare, and the benefits of non-toxic nail treatments.
   • Avoid harsh or damaging treatments like acrylics or aggressive filing.

   Creative Nail Design

   • Stay current on nail trends, especially those that align with our natural, clean aesthetic.
   • Offer modern, minimal, and artistic nail looks for everyday wear and special occasions.
   • Collaborate with the content and marketing team on nail styling for campaigns and shoots.

   Salon Experience & Cleanliness

   • Maintain a calm, inviting station that meets the highest cleanliness standards.
   • Follow Gigi’s wellness-forward protocols for tool sterilization and space upkeep.
   • Help ensure the salon experience is consistently luxurious, peaceful, and on-brand.

   Team Collaboration

   • Coordinate with front desk and beauty team to ensure seamless client experiences.
   • Participate in team trainings, events, product launches (like Skin Towel), and photoshoots.
   • Share feedback to help improve client services, protocols, and team processes.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Skilled in builder gel application and natural nail techniques (no acrylics).
• Passionate about clean beauty, nail wellness, and client care.
• Excellent communication, hygiene practices, and time management.
• Ability to deliver a luxury experience while working efficiently and professionally.
