Our client, a well-established Real Estate Developer based in Accra is looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic individual for the post of Managing Director.

Role Summary: The candidate must be professionally qualified,  have leadership skills, be a goal-getter, and have the requisite experience.

Job Overview:

• You will  be responsible for the  overall smooth productive and profitable management of the Company including Business Development, Marketing, Administration, Financial and Corporate Matters.
• You will need to possess strong leadership and management skills since it is the managing director’s responsibility to steer the company through industry challenges to success.

Responsible to: The Board of Directors

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Construction or Engineering and Marketing. A Master’s Degree in Business Administration will be an advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years or more relevant working experience with 3 years at Senior Management level.
• Must be computer literate and a proven track record or self-motivated performance.
