A 4 star hotel is looking for a Male Receptionist to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.

What You Will Do

1. Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
2. Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
3. Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Manage online and phone reservations.
5. Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.
6. Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay).
7. Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Minimum of SHS/ HND Holder
• A minimum of 1-3 years experience
• Must be a Male
• Must be between the ages of 20-25 years
• Customer service attitude
• Must be living in and around North Legon
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
