A well-established Church in Accra is urgently looking for a Male Accounts Clerk to hire.

What You Will Do

• Provide support to the accountant.
• Enter and post invoices into the accounts payable system.
• Receive invoices, prepare vouchers, and write cheques for all payments.
• File accounts vouchers and other account-related documents.
• Ensure all payments to the bank are checked and approved by the Accountant.
• Enter transactions in the church accounting software and general ledger.
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in person.
• Assisting with audit and bank reconciliation.
• To carry out other appropriate tasks that may from time to time be required.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Male
• Age – 23 to 28 years
• Live around Adenta, Madina, East Legon and its environs.
• Diploma/HND in Accounting
