Logistics Coordinator needed at Rana Motors

Duties:

1. Understanding of logistics documentation and terminologies like: commercial invoice, packing list, clearance documentation, Performa invoice, etc.
2. Tracking documents and missing documents, and following up with clients
3. Interaction with customers on a daily basis for follow-up and updates.
4. Timely and proper updates to logistics inquiries and emails
5. Ensure accurate and timely submission of documentation

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics
• Qualification: HND or Bachelor of Logistics or Supply Chain (Applicants need to understand logistics/supply chain terminologies)
• Good Communication skills – comfortable and confident to interact with customers on daily basis
• Good Excel skills– MS Office
