Job Description

• Meet set loan add-on targets in assigned region.
• Meet set loan portfolio growth targets in assigned region.
• Meet set agent engagement targets in assigned region (visits & calls).
• Ensure 100% visibility of the business at borrowers’ locations within region.
• Other duties assigned.

• A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a micro finance institution.
• Should be goal driven and self-motivated
• Proven record of meeting targets.
• Motorbike license is an advantage.
