Overview

A reputable company is looking to add a Sales Associate to work on the credit and loans team. The sales associate will be responsible for marketing and sales of products and services. His/her mandate will be to increase the client base of the company. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and has basic financial literacy.

What You Will Do

1. Presenting and discussing various product options based on assessments of prospective client lifestyles, needs, and goals
2. Marketing new sales and special events
3. Increasing personal knowledge of products, and sales techniques through continuous training and development
4. Strategically growing our client database by identifying credible clients within the market
5. Initiate a steady volume calls to clients to identify and connect with key clients
6. Tracking account information and maintaining relevant records for submission weekly and monthly.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• University Degree or diploma (not mandatory)
• Interest in the Financial Industry
• Previous Sales or Marketing Experience
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Ability to effectively communicate key information to clients
• Exceptional organizational ability
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications considered an asset
• Computer proficiency considered an asset
