A reputable establishment in Accra is looking for a Legal Officer to handle the legal aspects of its business.

What You Will Do

1. Establish and improve the company’s legal and regulatory system, provide timely legal risk warnings, and avoid legal risks
2.  Draft, review, review, file all kinds of contracts related to company business and leasing, and be responsible for collecting legal materials and policy research related to the industry
3.  Provide professional legal advice within the company
4. Participate in handling various disputes, arbitrations and proceedings of the company
5. Participate in the compliance review of the company’s new business, as well as the application materials for registration and license
6. Complete other tasks arranged by superiors and be willing to accept business trips from other provinces.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• Having more than two years of legal work experience, proficient in corporate law, economic law, and investment law.
• Strong execution ability, stress resistance, strong logic and organization are required
• Strong negotiation skills, expression skills, communication skills, affinity, and principles are required
• Have a certain degree of legal document writing and teamwork spirit
• Legal experience in finance, Internet, and communication industries is preferred
• Must have ambition.
