Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Key Internal Stakeholders: All Staff
Key external Stakeholders: Clients and Partners

Key tasks:

• Preparation of documents and provision of legal advice for the formation of the subsidiaries.
• Provision of legal advice to the group.
• Drafting of loan agreements, commercial agreements and other security documents for the group.
• Representing the Corporate and Commercial Litigation.
• Providing legal advice on immigration status of expatriate personnel.
• Assisting in processing of residence and work permits for expatriate personnel.
• Drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements for local and international clients.
• Advising the Group on commercial contracts and agreements, company law and corporate compliance.
• Providing legal advice on labor matters
• Handling of litigation issues,
• Drafting and reviewing agreements as well as carrying out all due diligence procedures and contract management for clients
• Will be required to providing commercial and regulatory advice to the company whiles providing advice on • compliance and legal requirements
• Act as the Company secretary for the company
