A reputable law firm is seeking to hire a young and dynamic individual to fill a Legal Associate role.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Handling of Court briefs and dispute resolution
• Researching into case law
• Writing legal opinions and reports
• Representing clients at meetings
• Any other duties

Required Skills or Experience

• An LLB degree in Law or its equivalent and must be a qualified lawyer called to the Ghana Bar
• At least 3 years working experience.
• Problem Solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong networking skills: Ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships
• Integrity and honesty
• Working knowledge of Company law would be an added advantage
