Overview

We are searching for a talented corporate lawyer to handle all our company’s legal transactions, partnerships, and projects. Your principal goal will be to guarantee that all our company’s transactions comply with state laws and regulations, while actively helping our company avoid possible legal risks and violations.

Other duties will include consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits. The successful candidate will have outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with sharp attention to detail

What You Will Do

1. Establish and improve the company’s legal rules and regulations system, timely provide legal risk warning, avoid legal risks;
2. Draft, review, review and file all kinds of contracts related to the company’s business and leasing, and also responsible for the collection of legal information and policy research related to the industry;
3. Provide internal legal professional consultation;
4. Participated in dealing with various disputes, arbitration and litigation cases of the company;
5. Participate in the compliance review of new business of the company, as well as the application materials of registration and license material
6. Finish other work arranged by superior, able to travel to other provinces.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Bachelor degree, major in law;
• More than three years of legal work experience, proficient in corporate law, economic law, and investment law;
• Strong execution ability, ability to work under pressure, logical and methodical;
• Strong negotiation ability, expression ability, communication ability.
• Have certain legal writing and teamwork spirit;
• Legal working experience in finance, Internet, communication industry is preferred.
