A reputable construstiokn firm is looking to recruit Junior Site Engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the chief site engineers in overseeing the progress of the construction projects and guiding the project teams
• Observe the construction site and ensure that all safety norms and quality measures are being followed
• Make sure that the project proceeds on time. Arrange for working overtime if the project is lagging behind
• Look after the construction of roads, sewage, electricity backup, pavements, etc., in addition to actual building of structure
• Survey the site and ensure that the land is levelled accurately and measured before placing the supporting rods
• Interpret the planned designs and blueprints to the workers and mark the actual location on site.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or equivalent in civil engineering
• Minimum of 3 years as site engineer.
• Expert knowledge of civil engineering and awareness towards safety measures and quality parameters
• Ability to communicate to pacify aggrieved clients and maintain cordial relations with all associates
• High standards of precision and detailing that help to maintain accuracy and follow safety measures in work
• Comfortable traveling extensively and the ability to sustain harsh weather conditions
