Reporting to the IT Analytics and Data Management Lead, you will master and facilitate the successful execution of IT Business Analytics Strategy within your scope.

A day in the life of…

• As part of the Local Data Organization you will be supporting the implementation of Data standards within the region and provide operational guidance and support to the business for smooth adoption and operational experience
• You will take ownership of the Business Analytics Strategy Execution in your scope
• You will ensure compliance to the Business Analytics Technology and Solution in your scope
• You will share Business Analytics Knowledge and best practices with cross – functional teams
• You will ensure robust foundations are in place to enable Data Driven Decision Making in the business
• You will work closely with the IT Product teams and different functions to build analytics capabilities in the functions to enable self-serviceability
• You will provide support to business users when needed and drive the leverage of analytics adoption proactively
• You will participate in the Business Analytics Community of Practices to help grow the community with the IT organization, provide business insights to the community to help them make future products and related services more relevant to the businesses in scope

What will make you successful

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a similar role
• Experience in end to end business processes and how analytics can help with effective decision making
• Significant Experience using MS Excel (macro, vba) and Access, PowerBI and related toolset
• Having know-how of how to develop BI solutions and SAP Business Objects will be a plus
• Knowhow of MS SQL and R scripting
• Good visualization skills for creating dashboards and scorecards
