Overview

A leading technology systems solutions company – specialising in communications and integration, infrastructure services, managed and support services, cloud solutions, and software development is seeking an experienced and certified Human Resource Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practices, and possess recognized HR certification in Ghana.

Reports To: Group Head, Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Oversee employee performance management, engagement, and development programs
• Ensure legal compliance with Ghana’s labour laws, HR policies, and practices
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution
• Maintain HR records and data, and generate analytical reports for management
• Provide strategic HR advice and support to senior management

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
• Professional HR Certification in Ghana is mandatory (e.g., IHRMP Certification or equivalent recognized by the HR Certification Institute in Ghana)
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a managerial role,
• In-depth knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws, HR policies, and regulations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and manage a dynamic team
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
