The Role:
We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resource Manager to shape our company from the ground up.

You will:

• Design our organizational structure and define roles across all departments.
• Lead recruitment for management, marketing, operations, and after-sales service.
• Build HR policies, performance systems, and career development frameworks.
• Foster a positive, high-performance company culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7–10 years HR experience in startups, automotive, or tech sectors.
• Proven expertise in organizational design, talent acquisition, and HR strategy.
• Deep understanding of Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
