JOB DETAIL

Position Summary:

  • To ensure smooth processes of the Irokotv, Ghana office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the office
  • Post job advertisements, organize resumes and job applications
  • Ensure all background checks and reference checks are completed
  • Work closely with Ghanaian Office Finance, Country Manager, and Outbound Sales Team Lead.
  • Ensure that there is adequate outbound staff at all times through continuous recruiting and retention of current outbound employees.
  • Ensure accurate payroll, including outbound commissions are accurately calculated and submitted on a timely basis to ensure staff is paid on time.
  • Assist the Finance Manager as required.
  • Provide necessary invoices and payments as needed
  • Work closely with the global HR team in London, Lagos, and New York on all Global HR issues
  • Prepare and update all employee files as needed
  • Track the day to day operations of all employees
  • Various office duties as they arise

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and ambitious.
  • At least 2 years’ of generalist HR experience.
  • B.Sc. degree desirable but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and spoken.
  • Proactive, commercial and customer focused.
  • Second to none attention to detail in every aspect of their role.
  • Focused on building strong and effective working relationships.
