Qualification / Requirement

•  Applicants must posses a minimum of First Degree and must have a 5years minimum experience in a similar role.
•  Give leadership and direction to the operations team across the country to attain corporate goal of Client Satisfaction.
•  Supervise and manage the activities of the Branch Operations Managers within the various branch offices of the Company.
•  Develop and Implement operational strategies to improve the quality of service of the company.
•  Ensure that all contracts are properly serviced and maintained.
•  Liaise and coordinate with clients to ensure good working relationship.
•  Attend meetings on behalf of the company when necessary.
• Your major “key performance indicator” will be zero complaints from clients to Management in all aspects of operations.
