We have received this fraud alert message via our Anti Fraud Page as follows:

The Contact person from Giant HR Solutions attempted to defraud by false pretense using the fake LinkedIn profile below:

The fraudulent foreign partner also uses the following fake profile:

After a few correspondences with the above persons, they asked for an amount of GHC500 as appointment charges to meet the supposed Chairman of the company doing the recruiting. This was after in initial Ghc50 which I paid for registration with Giant HR Solutions

CONSEQUENTLY, WE HAVE DISABLED APPLICATION FOR THIS JOB AND WE WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION INCLUDING NOTIFYING LINKEDIN. 

 

Duties Include:

  • Bringing new ideas and innovation for process development and overall organizational progress.
  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and have ability to provide solutions commensurate with the customers’ needs within the ambit of the given organizational planning
  • Individual should environment so as to lead to business results.
  • Supervise and coach Team Leaders, Managers on weekly basis
  • Understand client requirements and accountable in ensuring support team is meeting client expectations

Education

  • Minimum First degree or Master’s degree or equivalent;

Experience

  • A Minimum 5 to 10 years’ or any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge

Competencies

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Business Acumen, Communication Proficiency, Problem Solving/Analysis, Strategic Thinking.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, flexibility, and work ethic
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Other language skills and I can do attitude will be an advantage.
