Front Desk Officers at A Reputable Company

A well-established company dealing in Building materials and other products in Accra is eligible, qualified and result-oriented person for the position as Front Desk Officers

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and escort them to appropriate office or person.
  • Respond to visitor’s questions professionally and courteously.
  • Place outgoing calls and conference calls as needed.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mails and handle outgoing mails-
  • Operate telephone switchboard and answer and transfer calls.

Qualification Required & Experience

  • HND Secretaryship and least 2 years’ work experience
