Front Desk Officer

Overview

We are looking for a Professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be organized and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Manage inquiries and provide information about the organization’s products or services.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks duties as assigned.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum qualification of Degree in Administration or its equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
