Overview

A Reputable company in Accra seeks the services of a Front Desk/Client Service Executive.

Job Description:

  • To handle all enquiries
  • To receive visitors and direct them to appropriate officers
  • To receive calls and direct them to appropriate officers
  • To handle deliveries and stores
  • To supervise cleaners and security
  • To assist the sales team in handling clients to the premises

Qualification Required

  • HND/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any discipline


Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong Analytical Skills
