What You Will Do

1. Processing, verifying and posting transactions
2. Reconciling and processing payments to transporters/partners/vendors
3. Clarifying questionable invoices items, prices or receiving signatures
4. Performing account reconciliations and managing account receivables
5. Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses
6. Ensuring timely billing and collection of payments due
7. Processing & filing of statutory returns
8. Generating reports and statements for internal use
9. Perform other related duties as and when required

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Minimum of Degree in Accounting with at least 4 years of practical experience in the logistics sector preferably.
• Professional Certification – ICA/ACCA will be an added advantage
• Past experience in account payable & receivable job functions
• Must have great experience in using Accounting Software
• Strong data entry skills
• High level of accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
• Strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data
