Overview

Our client deals in the sales of printers, lease of printers, and maintenance of printers. They are a trusted local distributor for Ricoh copiers. Your role is to leverage our toolset to proactively monitor our client’s network devices, exceed promised SLA’s and to ensure maximum user uptime. You will troubleshoot and repair printer and MFP devices at our client’s sites.

What You Will Do

1. Provide repair and service support in customer’s location
2. Physically move printer hardware when required – Single Function & Multi- Function devices (Print, Copy, Scan)
3. Set-up, configure and install printer hardware
4. Troubleshoot, maintain and repair printer hardware
5. Train end users on printer/MFP hardware
6. Ready to stay for a period longer than one week in the field (Accommodation, Per diem and TNT covered by the organization)
7. Prepare and submit reports up to organizations standards

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Must have a Diploma Electronics, Electrical repair, Reprographics OR a related field
• Minimum of 4 years related field experience
• Electro-mechanical aptitude, electronics knowledge, computer literate
• Experience Print Devices/Multi-Function (preferable)
• Comptia PDI+ Certification (preferable)
• N+ for Networking (preferable)
• Advanced software troubleshooting related to print
• Advanced knowledge of PC and printer networking
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work productively both independently and within a team environment
• Ability to thrive in fast paced, high pressured situations
• Ready to travel throughout the country at short notice

What we can offer you

• GROSS Salary of GHC2,600.00 or more depending on competence of candidate
