What You Will Do

1. Ensure collection of signed waybills from transporters and timely submission to the office
2. Monitor and ensure drivers are always at loading points.
3. Ensure all active trips are captured on the dashboard.
4. Tech Adoption, tracker deployment – educate drivers/transporters on the app usage and report app challenges to the Tech department.
5. Ensure all drivers/transporters are trained by the tech team on the usage of the Kobo App, trackers & USSD codes.
6. Daily update on various WhatsApp groups on position of trucks.
7. Inspect driver licenses for validity and trucks for safety and road worthiness.
8. Track drivers on trips from point of departure to point of destination.
9. Handle complaints from drivers/partners and client reps at loading points.
10. Record and maintain a check sheet of trucks and drivers.
11. Perform duties outside the stated KPIs as and when required.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Diploma with at least a year’s working experience in a field work
• Previous experience in the Logistics industry will be an added advantage.
