A well-established Guesthouse in Accra is looking for a Female Supervisor to hire immediately.

Location: Israel Junction, Aplaku Atta Mills Road, Bortianor.

Age range: 25 to 35 years

Role Summary: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a guesthouse, ensuring guests receive excellent service and that the property is well-maintained

What You Will Do

1. Guest Service: Welcoming guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, handling inquiries and complaints, and addressing special requests.
2. Staff Management: Supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating their work, and ensuring they adhere to cleanliness standards.
3. Property Maintenance: Overseeing repairs and maintenance, ensuring the property is clean and well-maintained, and coordinating with vendors.
4. Record Keeping: Maintaining records of guest reservations, maintenance issues, and inventory.
5. Financial Management: Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing costs.
6. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. Communication: Communicating with guests, staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
8. Sales and Marketing: Promoting the guesthouse to attract new guests and retain existing ones.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service roles
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management software
