Assisi foods is a manufacturing company that deals in a variety of maize products. We operate within most parts of Greater Accra. We sell to different classes of consumers (porridge sellers, kenkey sellers, hospitals, households etc.). Assisi foods is located in Westland.

About the Product & Job Description
Although we have different types of maize products we deal in, we are involving our current sales representatives’ effort in our flour and dough product lines. As you work with us and prove your skills as a good salesperson, we will get involved in our other products if you wish.
However, at the moment, we are hiring sales people to sell the corn flour (Akple and Tuo-Zaafi) and the corn dough. The products currently take the form of flour, grits and dough. It comes in various sizes usually based on customer’s preference.
It is predominantly used by restaurants, chop bars, food joints that sell dough or flour-based products (kenkey, banku, TZ, porridge)
We want people who are already good at closing sales deals.
However, your work of meeting your monthly sales target will be done out in the city where the customers are. You will be in charge of making and closing deals for this product.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for prospecting and converting prospects into clients (closing details and selling of products, using solid and persuasive communication, to prospective clients)
• Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Promote and sell products to existing clients
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports, -customer feedback weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, etc.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, persistent, energetic
• Great interpersonal skills
• Adequate literacy skills
• Sales skills with ability to meet sales target
• Least 1-3 years’ experience in sales/customer service
• Minimum SHS/DIPLOMA/HND/Degree in related field.
• Product knowledge.
• MUST BE FEMALE.
• We need candidates that reside within the areas of Madina, Haatso, Legon, Osu, Labadi.

Salary and Compensation Plan

• The compensation plan we offer is based on base pay and commission
• Base Pay is GHS 600
• Commission is 1% on every sale you make.
