Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations, optimizing patient experience, managing staff, and driving business growth. This role requires a blend of leadership, customer service excellence, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
Clinic Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Implement and maintain clinic policies, protocols, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage inventory of skin care products, medical supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and financial documentation.
Patient Experience & Customer Service
- Ensure a seamless and positive patient journey from consultation to post-treatment follow-up.
- Address patient concerns and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Work closely with aesthetic practitioners to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and confidentiality.
Staff Management & Training
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of medical and administrative staff.
- Schedule and oversee staff training on customer service, compliance, and new aesthetic procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development.
- Ensure team alignment with the clinic’s vision and goals.
Business Growth & Marketing
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services via social media, events, and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance, client feedback, and sales data to drive growth.
Identify new opportunities for service expansion and enhancement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinic, spa, or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, and wellness services is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
Note: Age preference is 35 years and Above (Female). Must look professional, be willing to do light makeup and must live close to the workplace.
