Role Summary

Facilities Maintenance SME will support, assist, and advise INL and USSC in all matters relating to the development of PA capacities and abilities to maintain and sustain security sector infrastructures, develops, conducts and supervises infrastructure maintenance, sustainment and management curriculum and training programs.

Responsibilities for this position include:

PRO-telligent, A TetraTech Company, is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance SME for a government client.

The position will be based in Ghana. Facilities Maintenance SME will support, assist, and advise INL and USSC in all matters relating to development of PA capacities and abilities to maintain and sustain security sector infrastructure in Accra region. Develops, conducts and supervises infrastructure maintenance, sustainment and management curriculum and training programs in the Africa – Ghana Provinces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel consistent with Company policy.
• Plan for work projects, which will assure proper materials, are ordered and available for the repair and maintenance of plant equipment, which will keep inventories at a minimum and reduce parts cost
• Maintain an effective safety awareness program, including regular departmental safety meetings
• Ensure that all areas under his/her direction are properly staffed, trained, and evaluated in accordance with company guidelines and policies
• Assist with the preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets for engineering, monthly evaluation of budget variances
• Interfaces with all other departments, , customer service, sales, and field operations
• Supports the Division AAP/EEO goals regarding employment, training opportunities, promotions
• Provide full life-cycle project implementation consulting expertise including assessments, blueprinting, system build, testing and go-live stabilization
• Prepare and facilitate assessment/blueprint workshops to analyze clients’ business requirements.
• Write detailed functional mapping to SAP applications, functional gap analysis, detailed blueprint design and process documentation and detailed functional specifications for any custom development

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 3years experiece with direct institutional infrastructure management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering related field. (Relevant experience or other degrees may be substituted).
