URBS Digital is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual communication, a strong design portfolio, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and effective designs. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with various teams to create compelling visual content that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for various projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Translate project requirements into visual elements that communicate the desired message effectively.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and mediums, adhering to the established brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand brand objectives and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual communication.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools to ensure the use of the latest software and techniques.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
• Receive and incorporate constructive feedback to refine designs and improve overall quality.
• Iterate designs based on stakeholder input and project requirements.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet high quality, accuracy, and creativity standards.
• Conduct thorough reviews of final designs before production or publication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
