Job Summary

Perform a variety of administrative tasks & prepare Engineering Drawings Mechanical, Civil to support company’s senior-level managers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
• Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
• Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
• Format information for internal and external communication – emails, presentations, reports
• Take minutes during meetings
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
• Create various technical drawings.
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with Auto CAD systems.
• Performing calculations for materials and weight
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.

Studies support documents: specification,

• Produces fabrication drawings by Computer Aided Design. (C.A.D.)
• Performs feasibility studies.
• Writes isometric and pipe carrier drawings.
• Adapts process diagrams and system layout drawings as a function of customer requests and project progress.
• Checks the validity of technical documents before distribution.

Minimum Qualification: HND & Auto CAD

Experience Level: Mid level
