Overview

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) for a small startup that runs an integrated directory and marketing suite. We’re a small firm, so the EA will report directly to the CEO and act as our office manager.

What You Will Do

1. The EA role will involve the following responsibilities:
2. Acting as a liaison and first point of contact with internal and external customers, vendors, and team members, interacting with them in a professional and timely manner;
3. Reviewing and filtering all incoming and outgoing mail, calls, and emails;
4. Drafting and approving written communications, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets;
5. Conducting research and generating reports by collecting data from various tools and/or consolidating it into reports;
6. Managing the executive’s professional and personal calendar and meeting requests, coordinating;
7. Proposal Writing for business development;
8. Talent Recruitment for team growth;
9. Minutes taking during meetings;
10. Office Management and Administrative tasks;
11. Creating presentations and Visually representing the CEO’s ideas;
12. Other tasks as requested by the CEO
