NMJ GHANA specializes in Branding, Events, Marketing and Advertising and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Events and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This position is well suited to an individual who is looking to advance their career in Events and marketing and gain hands on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. As part of the Events Department, you will work closely with the Events and Marketing Manager
to coordinate all events executed by the company.

What You Will Do.

• Selling the services of the company enough to attract companies enough to sponsor our major events
• To bring new and trendy event ideas to the company that will generate more revenue
• Coordinating every event organized by the company and events of clients you bring on board in collaboration with execution department
• Collaborating with administrator/accounts in drawing events budgets and adhering to them
• Championing the brand internally making sure all elements of the company understand the brand and its goals.
• Taking the lead during event organization and making sure all external agencies & contractors do their job in accordance with their MOU in collaboration with the execution team
• Taking the lead during event organization from start to finish and ensuring that the company/its clients are satisfied
• Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Managing external agencies in collaboration with administrator and ensuring event budgets are met.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Minimum of a first degree from a recognized university
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in same role
• Ability to multitask and meet timelines
• Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision
• Team player
