Experienced Driver needed at Akotsi in the Central Region.

Responsibilities/Duties

1. Keep records of all vehicles and equipment entrusted in their car
2. Ensure safety regulations are duly followed
3. Must be willing to take on extra duties concerning the yard
4. Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
5. Report any malfunctioning issues on the vehicle to the Transportation manager and liaise with him for vehicle repairs and maintenance as needed.
6. Follow the company safety guide and best practices when on the road and when loading/offloading vehicles.
7. Report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to the operations manager/management immediately.
8. Keep mileage records up-to-date.
9. Any duties as and when necessary and within reason.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• A valid Class C Ghanaian driver’s license.
• At least SHS Certificate or Must be able to read and write.
• Should have been driving for at least 5 years.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Must be tactful with a self-defensive driving mindset at all times.
