Overview

The driver reports to the Operations Manager, he will be responsible for transporting company goods to and from the central kitchen and to and from various company outlets.

What You Will Do

1. Transport stock/goods from administration to other company outlets.
2. Collecting packages/goods for company from vendors and other external sources
3. Liaise with the operations manager to ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
4. Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
5. Report any malfunctioning issues on the vehicle to the operations manager and liaise with him for vehicle repairs and maintenance as needed.
6. Follow the company safety guide and best practices when on the road and when loading/offloading vehicles.
7. Report any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to the operations manager/management immediately.
8. Keep mileage records up-to-date.
9. Any duties as and when necessary and within reason.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

1. At least SHS Certificate or Must be able to read and write basic English.
2. A valid Class B Ghanaian driver’s license.
3. Should have been driving for at least 5years
4. Great communication and customer service skills.
5. Must be tactful with a self-defensive driving mindset at all times.
