Customer Service Representative

Job Description.

The Customer Service Representative will manage large amount of phone calls and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage large amount of phone calls, chats, emails and other communication channels.
  2. Listen to customer compliants.
  3. Identify and assess customers” needs to achieve satisfaction.
  4. Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right metthods or tools.
  5. Answer customer inquiries about services.
  6. Resolve customer complaints prmoptly and effectively.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Proven experience in Customer Service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and active listening abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
