Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

  1. Answering customer queries.
  2. Providing accurate product and service information to customers and assist with inquiries.
  3. Delivering information about about the company”s products and services.
  4. Resolving issues and handling customer complaints.
  5. Processing orders, payments, refunds and updates to customer records in the company database.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
