Customer Service Representative – Multinational Company

What You Will Do

  1. Provide proactive customer service outreach
  2. Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  3. Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  4. Be the first point of call (in-person, on phone/emails)
  5. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  6. Respond to customer questions and complaints
  7. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  8. Advise on company information
  9. Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
  10. Place or cancel orders
  11. Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • A minimum of a Degree Communication Studies/Business Administration/related field
  • A minimum of 4 years working experience as a Customer Service Rep.
  • Must have basic IT knowledge
  • Must be a good communicator
  • Must be knowledgeable in using Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters/situations
