Customer Service Person (Phone Attendant) at KOR Group Ltd

Job Overview

Phone Attendant is generally responsible for handling large amount of customer calls. Their main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take orders in a timely, accurate and polite manner
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information based on restaurant’s product and services
  • Research every issue and provide solutions to customers

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

The Phone Attendant should have these qualifications/experience/skills to occupy this position:

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listener and extremely friendly
  • Good computer skills (POS system)
  • Good financial management skills and cashier background
  • Waiter / Waitress background (Optional)
  • High school degree (Minimum)

The Restaurant is located at School Junction, Adjiriganor. Applicants should live within Madina, Ogbodjo, Ashaley Botwe, East Legon and surrounding areas.
