Customer Service Executive

Overview

Ghana Union Assurance is seeking a Customer Service Executive who is passionate about engaging with people and has a strong skills in content creation and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support.
  • Manage and response to client feedback across multiple channels.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and manage online presence.
  • Monitor social media trends and provide insights to improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedln, X/Twitter, TikTok etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of 3-6 years’ relevant experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Minimum HND in Marketing or its related fields.
