Overview

The company requires the services of an experienced Customer Service Executive with up to three years experience in customer service and human relations.

What You Will Do

1. Make and receive calls regarding customer complaints, suggestions and enquiries.
2. Assist customers track packages and monitor deliveries.
3. Provide general assistance to customers pertaining to general enquiries and services of the company.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Minimum of HND in communication, Human Resource or related field.
• Must be staying in and around Madina, Achimota or Dome.
• Must be willing to work overtime and some Saturdays.
