We are looking for the following job seeker’s applicant for various filed in our reputable Company are as follows Architect ,Civil/Structural Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and Project Manage to be responsible for handling our company’s ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in our profession and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes.

Job’s Function / Tasks

• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client’s needs.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact
• Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical instruments, facilities, components, equipment products, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes.
• Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
• Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.
• Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps
• Establishing construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations
• Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfill requirements.
• Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
• Conducting experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs.
• Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.
• Quantity surveyors are responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
•  Quantity surveyors manage the costs on a construction project. prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.

Requirement Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Architect; Post graduate Diploma in Architecture with at least 5-10 years experience in similar works and should be a member of  a relevant professional body.
• Civil/Structural Engineer: BSc. Civil Engineering with at least 5-10years experience in similar works and should be a member of  a relevant professional body.
• Electrical Engineer; BSc. Electrical Engineering with at least 5-10 years experience in similar works and should be a member of  a relevant professional body.
• Mechanical Engineer; BSc. Mechanical Engineering with at least 5-10 years experience in similar works and should be a member of  a relevant professional body.
• Quantity Surveyor; BSc. Building Technology with at least 5-10 years experience in similar works and should be a member of  a relevant professional body.
• Project Manager/Contract Manager; PG Dip. Architecture, BSc. Engineering, Project Management or Other relevant field with at least 5-10 years experience in similar works and should be a member of  a relevant professional body.
