What You Will Do

1. Conduct periodic internal reviews and investigations of compliance issues, to ensure that procedures are followed.
2. Serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to seek clarification on compliance issues or report irregularities.
3. Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.
4. Review documentation, such as procurement records, to ensure there are no violations of standards or regulations.
5. Audit and Regulatory Examinations
6. Provide general support to Operations, Finance, and all other departments in preparing for and executing
7. Manage IP portfolios and ensure all property is progressing through the USPTO/ other countries, to enable us to go through the IPOS process in the future to raise more funds.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• BSc/BA in Finance/Business Administration/HRM, Law/related field
• Proven experience as compliance manager
• Proven experience in the HRM
• Certified compliance professional is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
• Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
• A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality
• Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities
• An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
• Excellent communication skills
