Channel Supervisor

Overview

A reputable company in the mobile phones sales and marketing industry is lookinf for an experience Channel Supervisor to hire.


What You Will Do

  1. Engage with partners to understand their sales and marketing strategy.
  2. Develop scalable and relevant partner demand metrics and measurements to quantify program impact.
  3. Plan and implement customer presentations and communicate channel activities.
  4. Provide timely and relevant communications, promotions and education for new product, solution, and feature launches at top partners.
  5. Create plans for growing market share.
  6. Monitor stock level of Major Dealers and Sub Dealers and Key Accounts to ensure constant stock available on key models
  7. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly report about activities and follow up on model coverage
  8. Update company with competitor products and problems.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
  • Minimum of 4 years and above sales experience
  • Excellent analytical and reporting writing skills, familiarity with all Channel functions, updated with our organization’s competitions (their products and problems) and good knowledge of the market.
  • Leadership skills, Team Management, Analytical, Interpersonal Relationship and Sales Management
