Channel Manager at Koforidua

Overview

A reputable company in the mobile phone industry is looking for a high-performing  Channel Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of its Channel Business.


What You Will Do

  1. Develop a complete understanding of key account needs
  2. Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company.
  3. Anticipate key account changes and improvements.
  4. Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
  5. Strategize plans to improve client results.
  6. Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
  7. Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  8. Analysing client data to provide customer relationship management.
  9. Act as the link of communication between clients and internal teams.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or Diploma in Marketing.
  • 5 years and above-related work experience
  • Excellent analytical and reporting writing skills, familiarity with all Channel functions
  • Multitasking, innovative, creative, influencer, good communicator, and negotiator.
