GIGI Beauty Bar is seeking a discreet, attentive, and trustworthy CCTV Operator to oversee and monitor surveillance systems across our premises. This role is essential to ensuring the safety of our clients, staff, and property by proactively identifying and reporting any unusual activity.

What You Will Do

• Monitor live CCTV footage to detect any suspicious behaviour, safety concerns, or operational issues
•  Ensure all salon areas are properly observed without breaching the privacy or comfort of clients.
•  Maintain detailed logs of daily observations, incidents, and equipment status.
•  Extract and securely share footage when requested for investigations or review.
•  Coordinate with management and front desk staff in real-time for prompt incident response.
•  Conduct regular checks to ensure all cameras and recording systems are functioning correctly.
• Report faults or blind spots in surveillance coverage immediately.
• Uphold client confidentiality and GIGI’s brand standards at all times.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Previous experience in a CCTV monitoring or security-related role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
• Ability to stay focused for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of surveillance systems and digital video software.
• Trustworthy, calm under pressure, and professional in demeanor.
• High school certificate or equivalent; additional security training is an advantage.
