Position Summary
The company is in search of a dynamic and experienced Sales Executives to market and sell its range of cars and trucks. The ideal candidates will be well-versed in cars or trucks sales, able to learn quickly and deliver high quality customer service to clients. This position is full-time.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Executives will perform the following duties:
• Manage car or trucks sales activities including lead generation, prospecting, sales and customer service;
• Understand buyers’ requirements and interest, and match these to the various models;
• Demonstrate expertise by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, warranties and services to prospective buyers;
• Achieve monthly sales targets;
• Act as a representative of the company and provide excellent customer service;
• Document all customer transactions and ensure proper accounting in accordance with laid down procedures;
• Maintain a database of new and existing customers;
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to unit manager.

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of HND in Marketing or CIM II is required
• At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in car or trucks sales
• An existing network within the automobile industry is a plus
• Good communication skills and pleasant personality
• Highly energetic, aggressive and performance driven
• Self-motivated and contributes to team development
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Candidates who are resident in any of the work locations (Accra or Takoradi) have an added advantage
