Aqua Safari Resort is seeking to recruit Butlers, Anticipating guests’ needs and solving their problems. Researching dining and entertainment recommendations and making reservations. Providing directions and information about local points of interest. Hiring and supervising staff

Job Functions Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and acquainting them with the hotel’s amenities
• Anticipating guests’ needs and solving their problems
• Researching dining and entertainment recommendations and making reservations
• Providing directions and information about local points of interest
• Hiring and supervising staff
• Ensuring rooms and common areas meet guest standard
• Formal table service and service of drinks.
• Valeting, including clothing and shoe care.
• Care of the wine cellar.
• Cleaning of silver and care of fine antiques and art.
• Organization of shoots and care of guns.
• Flower arranging and table decorations

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum (WASSCE/SSCE)
•  Certificate in Hotel Management will be an added advantage
•  Experience as a waiter, butter, room attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry
•  Strong multi-tasking skills
•  Positive attitude and good verbal/written communication skills
•  Commitment to a high level of customer service
•  Strict attention to detail
• Knowledge of restaurant, front office and housekeeping service
•  Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
•  Knowledge of food and wine pairing is a plus
•  Exhibit high standard of hygiene
