Business Development Manager at A Reputable Company

Role Summary:

Responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.


What You Will Do

  • Research  into organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Research into the needs of other companies and learning which make decisions about purchases.
  • Contact potential clients via email or phone call to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Prepare power points presentations and sales displays.
  • Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
  • Develop quotes and proposals.
  • Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email and in person.
  • Develop sales goals for the team and ensure they are met.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • Should be able to successfully close a deal.
  • Other duties assigned

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Administration
  • 3 to 4 years and above experience in Marketing, Business Development or Sales.
  • Good command over written and spoken English
