TIAST Group is a conglomerate that consists of the Torchbearer International Agricultural Investment and Management at Hangzhou, Torchbearer International Agricultural Science and Technology Development (Beijing), Beijing Torch Relay Technology Center, TIAST West Africa, and First Machinery Group.

At the invitation by the Government of Ghana and other West African countries, TIAST Group arrived in Ghana, the industrial center of West Africa, and was registered at the Registrar General’s Department on April 27, 2020, under the Companies Act 1963 (Act 179) to commence its business activities.

TIAST Group integrates agricultural science and technology, improves the agricultural ecological chain and increases the value of agricultural products, and adheres to the route of science and technology by fully utilizing African unique resources and meet the market demand of Africa. Our main objective is to design, manufacture and install agricultural processing machinery, provide financial leasing of equipment, training on agricultural industrialization, and also, provide agricultural product off-take services.

Localization and standardization are the core mission of the company. TIAST Group is focus with the localization of equipment, the supply of accessories and after-sale services, localization of technology, and training on how to use the equipment. The company’s objective is to ensure a localized team is established where more locals will be trained in the servicing of processing machines.

What You Will Do

1. Handle communication with existing clients and potential clients.
2. Identify new business leads.
3. Be an ambassador of TIAST.
4. Close business deals

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences

• Must be a good communicator
• Proficiency in French is a must Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Communication, Law, Marketing, Business Development Services, Finance
• Tech Savvy
• Result oriented
