This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of technological trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, including lead generation, networking, and relationship building.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present technical proposals to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and showcasing EITSEC Technologies’ capabilities.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
• Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s market position and service offerings.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in software solutions, IT services, or related fields.
• Existing network of contacts in the technology industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
